Justin Lee is a tenor saxophonist with 15+ years of experience specializing in jazz performance and improvisation. He has studied under accomplished mentors including saxophonist Mary Fettig, jazz pianist Barney McClure, and bassist Anthony Moraila, developing a rich musical voice rooted in both tradition and creativity.

As a performer, Justin has held the position of lead tenor saxophonist in his high school and university jazz ensembles and combo groups, and auditioned and was selected as second tenor saxophonist for the 2013 California Bay Section (CBS) Honor Jazz Band. His performances have reached diverse audiences across Ukiah, San Ramon, and Vallejo, California, where he has been an active contributor to the local music communities.

Beyond performance, Justin finds inspiration in poetry and contemporary jazz, drawing connections between lyrical expression and musical phrasing. His work continues to evolve with each new influence, blending heartfelt improvisation with a deep respect for the jazz lineage.
